HOW CAN I GET MY JEWELRY REPAIRED?

Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry are provided upon request. You may come by the store or contact us with your repair needs.

When shipping an item, please package securely and be sure to print and include our "Repair” form (link below) with your jewelry.

Upon receipt and review of your item, we will contact you with an estimate of cost and time needed to complete your repair.

CAN I GET MY PIECE IN A DIFFERENT COLOR OR LENGTH?

Yes, but special orders cannot be placed through the website. Please contact the store directly and we’ll be happy to help you choose a color and or length. All special orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. Please allow 2- 4 weeks for your custom piece to be completed.

WHAT IS THE MATERIAL OF THE HAND CROCHETED CORD?

The material used is a durable thread that withstands exposure to the elements, including UV sunlight and saltwater.

HOW DO I FIND AN ITEM ON YOUR SITE?

You may search for items by clicking on the “magnify glass” located in the top right hand corner of every page. Just type in the name of the piece that you’re looking for and press enter.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All items are made by hand in our studio and while we try to keep them in stock, some items have to be made to order and take longer to ship out. While we do our very best to complete your order in the given time, due to the hand crafted nature of the jewelry we cannot provide a guaranteed ship date. Should there be complications with your order, we will contact you immediately to give you an update on the status. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time orders placed through the website can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states. For international shipping please contact us at (212) 324-1298 or email info@jillplatner.com and we will be happy to assist you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Jewelry may be returned within 14 days of receipt for full refund. Please call (212) 324-1298 or email info@jillplatner.com for further instructions.All special orders are final sale. 

Returned merchandise must be in original condition. 

For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.

Store Return Policy: The Jill Platner store does not issue refunds for returned merchandise. 
Store credit may be issued or items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. Merchandise must be in original condition. All special orders are final sale.

Many pieces are available to ship immediately. However, some of our jewelry is made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Feel free to contact us with any questions on delivery estimates.
