Jewelry may be exchanged within 14 days of in store purchase and merchandise must be inoriginal condition. All special orders and sale merchandise are final sale.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition. 

For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us via Parcel Post or any other insured delivery service. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days from when we receive your item for your refund (less any shipping costs) to post to your account.
